Big mounting plate with added ball bearing for the motor serial „Orbit"

 

The mounting plate includes a ball bearing on the shaft end of the motor. So the motor works with four ball bearings included. The motor can handle more power and harder flights. You can rebuild all motors of the serial „Orbit" and „Orbit Hei Expert" with this bigger mounting plate with the ball bearing or order a new motor comlete with the new plate.

Innovation / Revolution: Vectorthrust!! Aerobatic motors Xtra Evo and Predator.

The latest Plettenberg design for the motor series Xtra Evo and Predator is the Vectorthrust!

Vector control is especially for knife age manoeuvres and knife age situation. The motor is moving servo controlled in the opposite directions from the rudder; this will give you much more side force when needed. The up force in knife age will improve multi times. This is compare to the regular fixed mount system an enormous vantage. No meter if you are a sports pilot or a competition pilot the Vectorthrust will help you a lot. The system will only work with the combination motor inside the spinner.

Copter 30

 

The new generation in the Helipower! In a revolutionary construction the engine combines the advantages of the Outrunnermotor with the advantages of the Inrunner. The main advantage lies in a new flow control system within the rotor. Through this flow control system the losses are in the partial burden company minimized. An assumption for efficient Helimotors!

Through this system furthermore small air gaps and thus a higher torque are reached. Because of the invert of the SPS Windingsystem (typical for outrunners) also this advantage was integrated. The coolingfan inside optimize the cooling of the rotor and the winding. The Copter is an Inrunner with more than 90 % efficiency and a stroke of genius of the technique.

Dinator 30 Getriebe

 

Large Hotliner with 6 - 8 kg require stable, slim drives. The Dinator as a high turning Inrunner motor is ideally to that. Equipped with a well-proved gear, he brings his advantages to the validity fully. A high efficiency of more than 88 % including the gear, small internal resistance and optimal cooling through integrated coolingfan catapult the engine with power of up to 3KW onto the top of the Hotlinermotors for high orders.

Dinator is the name of a new solidly built Inrunner brushlessmotor series with high RPM performance. The motors are developed with a special designed Stator/Rotor metal sheet. It is the first time, that the Rotor is produced as a stack, made of single metal sheets. Because so the losses in the process of magnetising are minimized, the motor has a high effiency of a about 90% and low internal resistance as well as advantages in using the motor in partial load. The direct drive motor has a solid 8 mm Shaft.

Kima 40 BM

 

Kima – die Welle. Kima bringt Bewegung in die Bootsantriebe für Powerboote. Er ist ein ganz neu entwickelter, stabiler, hochdrehender 6poliger Innenläufer aus einem speziell konstruierten Stator/ Rotorblech. Es wird auch hier die Technik eines geblechten Rotors angewandt. Dies bringt Vorteile im Teillastbetrieb, da die Ummagnetisierungsverluste geringer sind.

Teras 50 BM

Teras – das Ungeheuer mit ungeheurer Leistung. Der Teras liegt in seiner Leistung deutlich über der HP 370 Klasse und ist somit ein Gigant auf dem Wasser. Predator 25

 

The Predator 25 close the gap between the Terminator and the Predator 30 and is developed for F3A-X Models or models with the same wight, means aerobatic-models with a span of about 2,3 m – 2,5 m. In the class F3A-X is the limit of the weight 10 kg. The motor is developed light as possible, the motorwight is 1275 g incl. the couplesystem for the folding-props.

You have to use the motor with a LiPo 10S and 8-10Ah. The efficiency of the motor is about 89% and the power is about 7KW.

The Predator 25 is just available in a spinnersystem with foldingprops 25-28". The weight of the motor, controler, spinner, prop and lipo is about 4000 g. For the „normal" aerobatic the motor is good for models up to 12 kg.

 

Predator 37

 

The tall brother of the Predator 30/8 bribes with his incredible power. It is currently the first and single engine on the market, that brings with only 1900 g (incl. Propmounting for 3 for Threebladprop) a Power of 15 KW - completely unrivalled. With the Predator 37/6 in his Raven, Bernd Beschorner won the German Acromasters and moved the professional world into astonishment.

The engine has 3 ballbearings 20 poles and clearly more power than a gasengine of 150 ccm does.

The very high quality 6 mm Plug-system was developed by our self and is exclusiv available from us. The connectors are insensitive to the fire sparks arising by connecting the Power-system with the battery. The lamellars are inside of the jack, so that even frequent using will not affect the clamping force ( loose plug connections are responsible for the most problems and failures in a model).Loosing of the plug connections because of vibrations is out of question! We also sell high quality goldplugs 3,5 mm and 4 mm from Schulze Elektronik and Multi Contact.

Our new geared Motor for Hotliner up to 4,5 kg. The motor is for 14 - 22 Cells ( 4S - 6S ). The motor is the competition motor class F5B for 24 cells and is used many times at the WM 2004. We produce the motor in serial for a lower price.

The triple ball beariang is natural. The engine has 10 poles and settled in the class of 6,5 - 15 cm³ motors.

Because of new materials the motor-series Xtra Evo is much more chargeable. The rpm become a little bit higher. The motor is a further development of the in the competition-class F3A successfull used Xtra 30-10.
